www.meepleandmore.com is a website operated by Craig and Lea Roberts, trading as Meeple & More Ltd. Henceforward, "we", "us" and "our" refers to Meeple & More Ltd.

Prices and delivery costs

The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

All prices quoted exclude delivery costs. 

Delivery costs £3.99 for Standard Delivery (3-5 days from despatch) and expedited delivery costs £6.99 (48 hours from despatch).

We aim to despatch all in stock items within 24 hours.

We are currently only able to post items to customers in the United Kingdom or EU. Please note that delivery outside of the UK can take up to 10 days. If you require an item outside of the UK or EU, please contact us first to discuss shipping and we will endeavour to get you a quotation within 2 working days.

All of our items are expertly packed in sturdy, secure postage boxes with protective material to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Collection can be arranged from the company's address free of charge or from a Grantham Friendly Gamers meetup (normally held on the third Saturday of each month). To find out more about future Grantham Friendly Gamers events, please visit them at www.facebook.com/groups/GFGmeetups

 

Ordering Items

Our ordering process (the checkout) is simple. Select your item, add it to your basket and, when you are ready to make your purchase, click on the checkout at the top right of the page. You can check your order at this stage and make amendments before making payment, so please check your order carefully before proceeding.

After you have placed an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Where items are in stock, we will email you when your item is despatched. If tracking information is available, we will aim to include this in your despatch confirmation. If items are no longer available, we will contact you via email to let you know and we will give you the option of either waiting for a restock or a refund.

Our contract with you will only be formed once we have despatched your items and sent you despatch confirmation.

Please note that in the event of a postal delay or other problems relating to your delivery, we will do all we can to assist you. However, we will not be liable for any additional costs incurred to you as a result of any inconvenience.

Your purchase acknowledges your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Payment

We offer two payment options: Debit/credit card and PayPal. We can only accept cash payments on collections. Please note that you will be required to sign a collection waiver once the item has been picked up and proof of identity will be required. Online payments via a debit/credit card or PayPal will be processed securely via our payment solution provider or PayPal respectively. No payment details will be saved on our website or on our servers.

 

Returns and refunds

If you receive a damaged or faulty game, please contact us within 30 days. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do all we can to assist you. We will email you a postage label so you can return the game to us. As soon as we have received it, we will send a replacement where possible. Where an exchange is not available, a full refund will be provided.

If you are unhappy with your purchase – for whatever reason - please contact us within 14 calendar days.  We will email you a postage label so you can return the game(s) to us. This can only be offered if a game remains sealed in its wrapper, unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging. As soon as we have received the return, and inspected the item, a full refund will be made.

 

Privacy

Meeple & More Ltd. respect your privacy.

Any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Meeple & More Ltd. besides for the purposes of goods delivery. We use collected data only to process customer orders and administer and improve our website. Please note that your address and payment details will be collected by our webhost Shopify for the purposes of processing and completing your purchase, and for the purpose of administering our customer reviews. We will only retain customer information in the event that you set up an account with us, and you may request that we delete your customer account at any time by writing to us at our registered address or emailing us at info@meepleandmore.com. We comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 2018, and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that preceded it.
